Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of candylandcasinoo.com ("Site"), operated by Candyland. By using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the Site. The Terms take effect from your first visit, and we recommend re-reading them periodically because we may update them.

1. What this Site is

Candyland is an INDEPENDENT INFORMATION resource that provides reviews, ratings and comparisons of online casinos for UK players. We are not a gambling operator, a bookmaker or a payment provider. We do not accept bets or deposits and we do not run real-money games. We have no access to your casino accounts and cannot influence game outcomes. Every decision to register or play at any casino is entirely yours. Because bonus terms, games and operator policies change, we ask readers to confirm current details on the operator’s own site; our reviews are based on hands-on testing and public information, as described in How We Test.

2. Age restriction

This Site is intended solely for people aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are at least 18. Online gambling is restricted to adults aged 18 or over in the UK, and we encourage parents to use parental-control software, as set out in Responsible Gambling. In the UK, the Gambling Commission (UKGC) regulates licensed online gambling under the Gambling Act 2005; Candyland is an offshore operator licensed in Curaçao and is not UKGC-licensed and not signed up to GamStop.

3. Affiliate links and how we are funded

The Site contains affiliate links to online casinos. If you click one and register or deposit, Candyland may receive a commission from the operator. Clicking is free for you and never increases the cost of anything at the casino. Crucially, an affiliate relationship does not influence our review content or rating — our scores follow the objective method described in How We Rate. We may review casinos we have no relationship with, and we may give a low score to a partner that falls short. Full detail is in our Affiliate Disclosure.

4. Accuracy and disclaimer

We work hard to keep information accurate and current, but casino details — bonuses, terms, games, payment methods — can change without notice. Candyland does not guarantee that every detail is complete and up to date at all times. We refresh reviews regularly (see Editorial Policy), but between updates conditions may shift, so always read the operator’s official terms before playing. Nothing on this Site is financial, legal or professional advice, and any participation in gambling is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, graphics, structure, design and code — is the intellectual property of Candyland or used under licence. Reproducing or redistributing it without our written permission is not allowed. Casino trademarks and logos belong to their owners and appear here only for review and information. Brief quotation is permitted with clear attribution and an active link to the original. Report any copyright concern to [email protected].

6. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites, including casinos, payment providers and help organisations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security or availability. Visiting them is at your own risk, and a link does not imply endorsement. Please read each third party’s own terms and privacy policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses, lost profit or other damage arising from use of the Site, nor for financial losses from gambling, which by its nature carries the risk of losing money. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any casino, including refused withdrawals or account blocks, nor for temporary unavailability of the Site. As the Site is free to use, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to GBP 0. If you have a dispute with a casino, contact that casino’s support or the regulator.

8. Responsible gambling

We support responsible gambling and ask every reader to play within their means. Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. If you or someone close to you is struggling, help is free and confidential — find safer-gambling resources here, including the National Gambling Helpline (GamCare) on 0808 8020 133. Never gamble with borrowed money.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute falls to the courts of England and Wales; before litigation, the parties agree to attempt resolution by negotiation via [email protected]. We may change these Terms at any time, with the date above reflecting the latest version; continued use means acceptance. For questions, see Contact Us or our Privacy Policy.
